What you’ll achieve As an HSE Specialist, you will be part of our Real Estate and Facility Management Team, ensuring the proper conduct of work in our offices by implementing environmental regulations and safety measures, training staff on best practices, and promoting a culture of safety within the company. Your responsibilities include: Supporting the maintenance of certifications Preparing procedures and instructions, and disseminating safety culture through training sessions Organizing training courses Updating DVRs and preparing prevention and protection measures Managing deadlines and operational controls Analyzing near misses and implementing corrective actions Promoting a safety culture To succeed, you will need: Strong knowledge of environmental safety regulations Certifications required by the UNI 1172 standard (e.g., RSPP or ASPP) 2-4 years of experience in HSE and project management Knowledge of Italian health and safety legislation Proficiency in MS Office 365, AutoCAD, Excel Degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Engineering, Industrial or Process Engineering, or Environmental Engineering English proficiency (B2) Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies Membership in a relevant industry body (e.g., IOSH) Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, time management, and organizational skills Willingness to work in a dynamic, multinational environment Availability to travel nationally Join Dedalus!
