Position SummaryTo support the accounting and administrative activities of the Italian subsidiary, ensuring accurate daily operations and reliable financial data.
The role combines operational accounting responsibilities with general administrative support and requires autonomy in daily tasks, while strategic decisions and reporting remain under the responsibility of the Finance Manager.Main ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsPerform bank reconciliationsManage electronic invoicing (download, verification, and registration)Review and process employee expense reportsSupport customer collections follow-upMaintain and update accounting master dataSupport documentation related to leasing contracts
Payroll & Administrative Support
Collect and check employee attendance data for payroll providerOrder meal vouchersMaintain filing systems (digital and physical)Support coordination with local suppliers and consultantsProvide administrative assistance to other departments when required
SAP Implementation & Process Improvement
Support data migration and testing activities during SAP implementationAssist in preparing documentation and proceduresReport issues and collaborate in resolving them
Profile WantedRequirementsDiploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar45 years of experience in accounting or finance rolesGood knowledge of Italian accounting principles and VATSolid Excel skillsExperience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)Ability to work independently and manage daily prioritiesKey Competencies & Skills
