Job responsibilities
* Lead your team alongside the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and hold a leadership position in their absence.
* Drive strategic growth through careful analysis of product and consumer trends.
* Help develop the team and train new colleagues.
* Keep store well organized and in-line with RIMOWA visual merchandising guidelines.
* Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience. Whether they are long-time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journey is our top priority.
* Build long-term relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty.
* Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with our client care department.
* Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history.

Profile
* Passionate about storytelling, lifestyle, luxury and travel.

* Enthusiastic about retail and delivering memorable experiences for our clientele.
* Have a great eye for visual details and are eager to achieve team objectives.
* Proactive in how you approach clientele, build long-term relationships and approach each situation with a collaborative spirit.
* Experienced in the sector.
* Fluent in speaking the national language and English. Additional languages are a plus.
