We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for a Global Investment Trade Intern .
The candidate will join the Trade Investment team within our Commercial Strategy & Business Development function, supporting the team in the management, monitoring and optimization of trade investments related to commercial agreements across different markets.
Your Day-to-day Activities
Formalization and management of Export commercial agreements to be shared with customers
Verification of targets at expiry for double-check purposes with CSM to ensure continuous alignment
Regular checks with Finance for monthly closings, accrual management, and budget/forecast uploads
Invoice management with Accounting for posting in SAP and subsequent release for payment
Ad hoc analysis of trade spending trends by Business Unit / country
Who We're Looking For
You're available for a 6-month full time internship. Start date: July or September 2026
You're fluent in Italian and English
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar
You have good Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
You're precise, organized and comfortable working with data and cross-functional stakeholders
You're eager to learn how commercial and financial processes work in an international environment
