Job Summary:
As an Warranty Advisor (m/f/d), you will support the team in the recall campaigns management, circular letters publication on Hyundai portals and direct contact with dealers for complaint management. You will also collaborate with the European Head Quarter and Plants to manage complaints and warranty issues.
We want you to
* :Manage and process recall campaign and service actions (translation and preparation of technical bulletins and circular letters, sending Recall Campaigns Form to UNRAE
* )Update Recall Campaigns statistics & data on UNRAE websit
* eCheck warranty documentation, translation and publishing on Company websit
* eProvide assistance and support to manage and approve warranty claims to Authorized repair networ
* kControl and analyse warranty claims in order to identify recurrent issues that have to be analysed as quality problem
* sMonitor approval flow of warranty claims and analyse the not approved ones to fix issue
* sSupport Headquarters for information requests on complaints and replaced spare parts under warranty by Dealer
* sWarranty training to dealer networ
* kSupport Dealers for problems related to warranty topics (email / phone
* )Manage CCC Portal user ID
