The Franchise Lead owns the PL, defines the strategic direction, and leads Sales Marketing teams, ensuring full cross‑functional alignment and consistency with GSK’s global and regional priorities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategy Governance /h3 ul liOwn the Franchise PL, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and delivery of business objectives. /li liTranslate global and regional strategy into a clear, actionable National Franchise Plan. /li liLead launch readiness and lifecycle management for Franchise assets, including new indications and launches. /li liChair cross‑functional governance (Medical, Market Access, IHSM, Regulatory, Supply), ensuring defined stage gates and clear decision rights. /li liOversee the development and execution of Integrated Launch/Asset Plans, including evidence dissemination, access milestones, and supply chain readiness. /li /ul h3Go-to-Market Commercial Excellence /h3 ul liDesign the go-to-market model, optimizing segmentation, targeting, and territory planning to maximise penetration and ROI. /li liLead the omnichannel commercial strategy, ensuring promotional compliance and delivering a compelling customer experience. /li liDevelop differentiated value propositions based on clinical insights, real‑world evidence, and unmet needs in multiple myeloma. /li liPartner with Market Access on HTA, pricing and access strategy, integrating clinical evidence and system value. /li /ul h3People Leadership Field Readiness /h3 ul liLead and develop Marketing and Sales teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance. /li liEnsure field readiness through role‑based training, coaching, objection‑handling tools and sessions, and sales enablement programs. /li liEnable partnerships with External Experts, scientific societies, patient associations, and Hematology Accounts acting as the key external representative for GSK. /li /ul h3Business Performance Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liConduct performance reviews using defined KPIs, applying a test‑learn‑scale approach for post‑launch optimisation. /li liEnsure coordination across supply, demand planning, distribution, and patient support programmes. /li liIdentify and implement innovative initiatives to expand access and improve outcomes for patients living with multiple myeloma. /li /ul h3Experience Skills /h3 h3Professional Experience /h3 ul li10+ years in commercial and/or marketing roles in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years leading launches and cross‑functional launch governance. /li liStrong experience in Oncology or Onco‑Hematology, preferably including multiple myeloma or similarly complex therapeutic areas. /li liProven track record in managing and growing strategic franchises or high‑priority assets. /li liPreference for profiles with Global or Regional launch experience, including cross‑functional readiness, stakeholder engagement, commercialisation strategy and measurable market access/uptake outcomes. /li liProven experience in customer insight generation, commercial analytics and performance measurement. /li liFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) – required. /li /ul h3Technical Leadership Skills /h3 ul liDemonstrated partnership with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Government Affairs and enabling functions, with ability to translate evidence into compelling value narratives. /li liStrong people leadership, decisive execution, and excellent executive communication. /li liProficiency in data analytics, AI tools, CRM systems and omnichannel platforms. /li liExperience in field force effectiveness, change leadership and capability‑building within commercial teams. /li /ul pWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
