Overview
TA Instruments, Division of Waters is seeking a Tender Specialist to support sales of our outstanding analytical instruments. This person will be office based in Sesto San Giovanni (Mi) 3 days off 5.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities and proficiencies needed are:
1. Supporting tenders’ management
2. Generating all the required documents by the Italian Public Administration (DGUE, declarations, DNSH, bank deposit, tender terms and conditions)
3. Accurate documents filling out
4. Communicate with all internal team members to facilitate timely document collection
5. Registration in customer portals and continuous monitoring, especially for TA results
6. Cross-functional (good communication, docs updating, etc)
7. CRM, preferably SAP and Salesforce knowledge
8. Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
9. maintain CRM
10. ARIBA suppliers’ requests
11. PO &Vendor Creation
12. Support the sales teams
13. TAI Italy inbound calls + TAI Italy internal (cross-functional)
This is a Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months.
Qualifications
14. Bachelor/Master’s degree in economic fields or business administration or equivalent experience in sales organizations support roles.
15. preferably 2-3 years of professional experience is an advantage
16. dedicated sense of customer service
17. good knowledge of CRM (SAP/SFDC) is an advantage
