PpLocation: Monfalcone, IT. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a Senior Welding Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of welding processes, adhering strictly to all relevant codes, design requirements, technical specifications, standards, and contractual obligations. /p pYou will report directly to the Senior Component Delivery Manager and work onsite in Monfalcone. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:15 PM to 4:45 PM, with a 45‑minute lunch break. Flexibility exists, allowing you to start at 9:00 AM and finish at 5:45 PM. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdopt an ethical approach to work and follow the Nuclear Safety Culture philosophy. /li liOrganize and coordinate welding qualification and test activities for procedures, mock‑up tests, and fabrication. /li liApply relevant codes and welding processes, managing multiple activities simultaneously. /li liDevelop prototypes to validate welding solution design. /li liUse process engineering fundamentals in welding procedures. /li liImplement robotic solutions in welding activities. /li liAuthor welding procedures and procedure qualification records, and conduct welders’ and welding operators’ performance qualifications. /li liIssue and supervise technical documentation (WB, WPS, PQR, etc.) according to applicable codes and customer standards. /li liSelect filler materials dedicated to each job based on codes, standards, and contractual requirements. /li liApply detailed knowledge of welding materials, design, and manufacturing solutions across various welding processes and filler material classification. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor of Engineering (Materials or Mechanical Engineering preferred). /li liCertification as a Welding Technologist or Welding Engineer (IWT/IWE).
