Lindt & Sprüngli Italy is seeking a Business Partner for SAP services related to Production, Production Planning, and Quality Management. The Business Partner is responsible for planning and executing projects, analyzing and supporting processes, and guiding Service, Incident & Problem Management in these areas. Additionally, the Business Analyst will manage all core applications operating in the plant. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP solutions, project management skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities Understand end-to-end business processes such as production, co-packing/co-manufacturing, supply chain, production scheduling, and quality management. Lead projects and system enhancements, coordinating the implementation of new functions and features. Coordinate with global teams, internal teams, business users, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on tasks, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor work progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, understanding their business needs and providing value-added solutions. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Lead requirements definition and translate requirements into functional documentation. Support testing processes, including unit and integration testing. Assist Process Owners and Key Users in change management processes. Provide strategic support and roadmap planning for the business. Qualifications and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 10 years of experience or two full implementation cycles in S/4 HANA modules or ECC equivalents, including: S/4 HANA Manufacturing and IBP or ECC equivalents. S/4 HANA Quality Management or ECC equivalents. Understanding of production, supply chain, and quality management processes and their integration with SAP modules like IBP, FICO, SD, and MM. Experience with system integrations such as MES and SAP EWM. Extensive project management experience. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and value delivery. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
