This role acts as a central coordinator between sales, procurement, production, and logistics, developing detailed production schedules, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans to meet changing demands and operational constraints. The Production Planner’s work is critical to maintaining efficient workflows, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. /p pThis position is part of bCCM /b (a SITA company). /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liProduction Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and minimum stock levels. Adjust plans in response to real‑time production status, capacity changes, and client needs. /li liResource Coordination: Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials required to meet production demand. Inform and work in coordination with the manufacturing operations managers. /li liInventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement for timely material availability, and ensure accurate tracking of stock movements. /li liProcess Optimization: Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to identify bottlenecks, minimize delays, and improve efficiency. Recommend and implement process improvements. /li liReporting: Prepare and submit production status and performance reports to management. Track KPIs such as schedule adherence, lead time, and on‑time delivery rate. /li liProblem Solving: Address production disruptions, resolve productivity issues, and devise solutions to keep operations running smoothly. /li liCross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and quality control teams to align production plans with business objectives and customer requirements. /li liCollaborate closely with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations and on‑time manufacturing flow. /li liCompliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations. /li liManufacturing ERP: Key user of the implementation of the Manufacturing ERP. Execution using the various modules : production planning, MRP, purchasing, production execution, inventory management. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pABOUT YOUR SKILLS: /p ul liDegree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. /li li3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment. /li liAutonomy and organizational skills. /li liExcellent Communication skills (English and Italian). French is an advantage. /li liKnowledge of Manufacturing ERP systems and KPI monitoring. /li liProblem‑solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, and focus on continuous improvement. /li liChange management skills (nice to have). /li /ul pbSITA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
