You will align cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with development centers and CMOs to advance new production technologies. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping isotope strategies and delivering scalable solutions in a regulated environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage inter-functional project plans and budgets using the project planning tool /liliIdentify bottlenecks and propose remedies within projects /liliContribute to Radioisotope TRD activities and maintain technological surveillance /liliIdentify and evaluate new programs and support development through late-stage supply /liliParticipate in isotope development programs in line with global isotope strategy and timelines /liliIdentify external partners for research collaborations to develop new production technologies /liliImplement strategic policies for method selection and evaluation criteria /liliEstablish budgets, schedules, and performance requirements; represent the area in Global Project Teams /liliReport technical complaints/adverse events related to Novartis products within 24 hours /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBSc in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) /liliDesirable MSc/PhD or equivalent /liliDesirable radiochemistry degree with nuclear medicine knowledge /liliMinimum 5 years of directly related scientific experience /liliProven project leadership across all project phases /liliStrong understanding of Pharma, GMP, validation and regulatory aspects /liliSolid data handling and applied statistics experience /liliStrong risk assessment and risk management skills /liliQuality-oriented with attention to detail /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills /liliStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities /liliAbility to define and implement productivity improvements /liliItalian language proficiency as site language /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
