Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead the industrialization of assigned manufacturing processes and own the manufacturing plan to ensure feasibility, robustness, quality, cost, and capacity targets. You will collaborate with design engineers, suppliers, and production teams to optimize tooling, routing, and process validation under Avio Aero's lean operating model. You will monitor quality KPIs and drive improvement plans for the assigned part number, delivering tangible gains in efficiency and capability. This is a hands‐on role at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and supplier enablement, contributing to flight‐critical propulsion components.
