This role in summary: Support the development & deployment of a lean methodology with the manufacturing environment (WCM - World class manufacturing on new product introduction (EPM - Early Product Management). Starting from 5 different plant with the aim to bring it to all the Whirlpool EMEA plants. Your responsibilities will include: - Support and document the 3 phases of the methodology (Reactive, preventive, proactive) - Identification and sharing of key information with regard to value added for the Customer. - Focus on communication and Knowledge Management - Planning of specific activities and Design Review dedicated to EPM in product / process development - Integration of EPM Cost Deployment within Manufacturing Cost Deployment - Partner with factory team for the KPI and KAI tracking - Integration of EPM with central manufacturing function Minimum requirements: Are you: - a Master's Degree student or fresh graduate in Management engineering? - Are you fluent in English? - Knowledgeable about lean principle and tools? - Able to use MS Office toolkit?
