In this role, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of engineering professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. If you're ambitious, people-oriented, and excited by the idea of connecting talented engineers with exciting projects, this is the perfect role to grow from.Location: Milan, Italy (Full-time, in-office)Contract Type: Permanent EmploymentSalary Range: €25.000 - €30.000What You'll DoSupport end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across disciplines, including mechanical, civil, industrial, and electrical engineering.Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical fit and motivation.Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering professionals available for outsourcing and staff augmentation projects.Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client needs, project timelines, and technical requirements.Ensure every candidate receives a professional and positive experience throughout the process.Keep our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) up to date with accurate candidate and process information.Develop an understanding of the Italian engineering talent market and outsourcing landscape.What We're Looking For0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role.
