Independent from operations. /p h3Duties /h3 ul liDevelops and maintains the Quality Control Plan (QCP). /li liEnsures quality procedures are applied across all functional areas. /li liSupervises Quality Control Managers/inspectors. /li liConducts trend analysis of inspection data, reporting deficiencies and recommending improvements. /li liServes as primary point of contact for Government QAEs. /li liEnsures documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions are complete and accurate. /li liLeads quality awareness training for all contract staff. /li liProvides monthly and quarterly quality performance reports. /li /ul h3Mandatory Experience Certifications /h3 ul liASQ CMQ/OE (Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence). /li liMinimum five years of experience developing and enforcing QMS programs of similar size, scope, and complexity. /li liCannot be the PM or SSHO. /li /ul h3Preferred / Desirable Certifications /h3 ul liISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification. /li liLean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pThe responsibilities and qualifications outlined above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by those in this position.
