Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Service Manager, you’ll be part of a collaborative team based in Milan, working on Product and Service Management for UniCredit Group.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
* Act as the main contact for customers regarding changes, projects, and engagement requests related to Italy, Germany, and Austria.
* Manage the entire lifecycle of requests and projects, including acceptance, clarifications, internal engagement, and presenting time and cost estimates to the bank.
* Prepare commercial offers and documentation for projects and changes.
* Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
* Participate in periodic meetings with the bank and internal teams (Business Unit, Operations, IT).
