The Role
The Brand Representative is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They maintain awareness of the store environment, keeping it orderly and welcoming, and connect with customers in a genuine, articulate manner to ensure the customer is the first priority. They are reliable, inspire trust and are sociable on the sales floor to help close sales.
