Key Responsibilities:
1. Validation Expertise: Apply validation approaches to systems and processes, manage deviation/change control, and support process, cleaning, equipment qualification, and filter validation. Assist in generating C&Q procedures, review qualification documents, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. Interpret client needs and ensure quality, safety, and best practices.
2. Project Management: Create resource-loaded schedules, manage components of larger projects, develop strategies balancing short-term and long-term goals, and align with organizational priorities. Demonstrate financial understanding to improve business results, promote risk awareness, and evaluate strategic investments.
3. Customer Focus: Anticipate customer needs, create seamless processes, and foster a customer-centric environment.
4. Leadership and Influence: Lead execution with accountability, delegate effectively, monitor progress, and provide resources and support. Build networks, influence stakeholders, inspire teams, and coach others to excel.
5. Talent Development: Provide feedback, shape roles for capability development, develop successors, and promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and advancement.
6. Results and Culture: Foster energy, ownership, and high standards. Encourage challenging goals, reward performance, and promote continuous learning. Lead with integrity and develop safe, inclusive work environments. Make tough decisions and drive innovation.
