By joining us in bSeregno or Bologna (Italy) /b as bSales Team Leader Natural Gas /b, you will become part of the bFinal Control / Pressure Management team /b. /p pReporting directly to the BU Sales Director, the chosen candidate will lead the Italian Natural Gas Sales Team. In this role, you will guide a team of Outside Sales Engineers, driving growth with existing customers, expanding into new accounts, and implementing central initiatives to strengthen customer relationships. As the Natural Gas Sales Leader, you will provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the team achieves outstanding results. /p pbLet\'s Go, together! /b We offer a dynamic environment where individual contributions and inventions are valued and provide opportunities for training and self-development. /p pPlease note we follow a process of continuous selection and will close the vacancy as soon as we find the right candidate, so do not delay submitting the application. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipbLeading Motivating: /b Lead the Outside Sales Engineers team, set clear priorities, and keep them motivated through situational leadership. /p /li lipbDeploying Strategy: /b Deploy short, medium, and long-term business objectives aligned with overall company goals. /p /li lipbDriving Sales Revenue Growth: /b Collaborate with the Sales Director to define strategies that drive revenue and achieve business targets. /p /li lipbFocusing on Customers Relationships: /b Understand business drivers, anticipate customer needs, and strengthen relationships through effective selling skills. /p /li lipbDeveloping Team Skills: /b Promote learning initiatives to enhance the team’s commercial skills, selling capabilities, and industry awareness. /p /li lipbAccomplishing Orders Profitability Plans: /b Develop and implement strategies to grow orders and profitability within assigned customers. /p /li lipbEnsuring Compliance Using Business Tools: /b Maintain adherence to pricing policies, technical proposals, quotations, CRM usage, PowerBI reporting, and organizational guidelines. /p /li lipbCollaborating Cross-Functionally Reporting: /b Work with other departments to deliver accurate orders and maintain project funnels, sales forecasts, and financial reports. /p /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou actively listen and adapt communication to suit diverse partners, ensuring clarity and understanding. You foster collaboration and teamwork across the organization, helping colleagues achieve shared objectives.
