As Team Leader Content Collaboration & AI, you will lead a team responsible for managing core solutions in collaboration, content, and artificial intelligence—including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and AI tools such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
You will coordinate and develop these systems, drive digital transformation and process optimization across the company, and act as the Center of Excellence for the Power Platform, including IT governance.
Your Responsibilities
* Platform Management & Architecture: Ensure collaboration and AI platforms are scalable, innovative, and strategically aligned.
* Citizen Developer Enablement: Establish a framework that empowers business users to build solutions independently—securely and under governance.
* Cost & License Management: Oversee software licenses, optimize costs through FinOps practices, and support budget planning.
* Innovation & AI Solutions: Design and implement innovative use cases with AI technologies, fostering a culture of learning and experimentation.
* Governance & Compliance: Contribute to policy design and implementation, ensuring release management and compliance standards are met.
* Team Leadership: Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture, support employee development, and set clear SMART/OKR goals.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Digital Transformation Business Partners, business units, and technology partners.
* Strategic Alignment: Translate corporate objectives into concrete initiatives and performance indicators.
Your Profile
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in content, collaboration, automation, and low‑code AI platforms.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Services, Power Platform, and AI integration.
* Experience with FinOps practices in a cloud context is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to understand complex interdependencies.
* Languages: Fluent English plus Italian or German.
