Responsibilities
Manage project timelines and deliverables for tech transfer initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams in GMP environments
Monitor project progress and report on milestones
Identify and mitigate risks related to tech transfer and GMP compliance
Ensure documentation and regulatory requirements are met for GMP projects
Support process validation and qualification activities
Facilitate communication between stakeholders in tech transfer projects
Prepare and present project status reports to management
Qualifications
1.5–2 years of experience in project management within GMP environments
Experience in tech transfer projects
Experience with process validation and qualification
Experience with documentation management in regulated environments
Academic background: degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong organizational and communication skills
