Ph3Posizione /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Raw Material Purchasing Coordinator to oversee the procurement of accessories, yarns, leathers, and fabrics for our RTW and Knitwear divisions. The role demands a strong focus on negotiation, suppliers management, and strategic sourcing to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality materials at competitive prices. The successful candidate will lead a team, drive purchasing decisions through data analysis, and collaborate closely with various internal departments and external suppliers. /p h3Responsabilità del lavoro /h3 ul liLead negotiations for prices and terms with raw material suppliers, including accessories, yarns, leathers, and fabrics; /li liActively challenge suppliers on rebates and special discounts to optimize cost savings; /li liNegotiate and validate prices and minimum order quantities; /li liManage and cultivate strong relationships with a global network of raw material suppliers for RTW and Knitwear; /li liShare supplier performance insights with the development teams to validate existing suppliers and recommend new ones as needed; /li liConduct supplier performance analysis and present KPI results to suppliers and internal colleagues; /li liChallenge suppliers on delivery timelines and manage quality issues with both suppliers and internal teams; /li liAct as a key interface with our yarns and fabric internal production teams for complex quality issues; /li liPlan blind orders in close collaboration with the Finished Product Planning and Merchandise teams; /li liCoordinate raw material replenishment and book production capacity with suppliers through dedicated meetings; /li liPerform MRP analysis to ensure optimal stock levels; /li liConduct stock analysis and manage re-use initiatives/stock sales; /li liCreate comprehensive reports and presentations to guide management decisions, providing insightful data and strategic recommendations; /li liConduct budget and forecast analysis to support the Controlling Department; /li liLead, mentor, and develop a team of purchasing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment; /li liCollaborate with the Sustainability Department on LVMH analyses; /li liParticipate in LVMH coordination meetings. /li /ul h3Profilo /h3 ul liDegree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; /li liProven experience in raw material purchasing, preferably within the luxury fashion or textile industry; /li liProven expertise in negotiation and supplier relationship management; /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, creating professional reports and presentations; /li liExcellent leadership and team management skills; /li liFamiliarity with MRP systems and inventory management principles; /li liKnowledge of PowerBI, and presentation and data analysis tools; /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills; /li liFluency in English; /li liAbility to travel as required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
