You’ll be the voice of the customer, the driver of product-market fit, and the architect of our go-to-market strategy. Define ICPs, pricing, GTM strategy, and expansion roadmap (Italy → wider Europe) /li /ulh3Product Market Execution /h3ulliLead product development alongside Founders Factory venture builders, designers, and engineers /liliPrioritise features that drive meetings booked, conversion, and revenue, not vanity metrics /liliEnsure the platform is enterprise-grade : compliant, auditable, and partner-ready /li /ulh3Commercial GTM /h3ulliWork directly with enterprise customers, agencies, and channel partners /liliRun pilots (starting with Fastweb + Vodafone), convert them into long-term contracts /liliShape COREO’s evolution from SaaS → outcome-aligned, AI-powered sales services /li /ulh3Team Company Building /h3ulliBuild and lead the founding team post-spin-out /liliSet the culture : fast, commercial, accountable, and deeply customer-led /liliFundraise with Founders Factory support when the business is ready /li /ulh3You’re likely someone who : /h3ulliHas founded, scaled, or held a senior leadership role in a B2B SaaS, sales tech, marketplace, or services-enabled software business /liliIs deeply commercial comfortable owning revenue, pipelines, and enterprise relationships /liliUnderstands complex sales motions (multi-stakeholder, partner-led, regulated environments) /liliIs excited by AI as an orchestration layer, not just automation /liliThrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning messy problems into executable systems /liliIs hands-on : you build, sell, test, iterate — not just present decks /li /ulh3Bonus points if you have : /h3ulliExperience in telco, energy, financial services, payments, or SME-focused products /liliFamiliarity with European / Italian SME markets or regulated outreach environments /liliBuilt or operated alongside agencies, call centres, or distributed sales networks /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
