Overview
Join TUI Musement as a Supply Management Executive in Italy where you will own assigned operators and/or destinations within a specific country area, to support commercial relations with suppliers and contract components across excursions, tickets, multi-day tours and accommodation contracts. Your objective is to build the local offer, driving higher margins and achieving product targets at destination level, including quality. You will work in an autonomous team of experts managing end-to-end objectives from a sourcing perspective. Key for this role is creating and supporting commercial relationships with local operators and venues, including attractions, museums and public venues.
Responsibilities
* Support commercial growth by building strong relationships with Accommodation, tour, activity and ticketing suppliers in the top destinations and venues in the region
* Support the suppliers’ enrolment and onboarding process
* Build and optimise the supply of pre-existing cities and venues as well as launch new destinations within the region
* Be an expert in your destination – generating new leads and strategic acquisition of new and unique products
* Liaise with different stakeholders to implement best practices
* Have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in the region
About You
* Strong experience in sales or account management, preferably in the tourism sector
* Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships
* Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages will be a plus
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly address issues
* Full understanding of digital components and new industry standards
* Comfortable with targets and working in a results-driven environment with different priorities
* Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak and write English and Italian
* Strong analytical and numerical skills. Solid knowledge of digital tools (e.g., task management, CRM, contracting platforms)
