We are seeking a Reliability Operation Senior Specialist for a leading company in online gaming, betting, lotteries, and casinos. You will be responsible for observability and incident management in a complex and challenging environment. Responsibilities include: Joining the Operations Reliability & Security team to contribute to the observability and stability of critical IT services. Supporting Incident Management processes, including 24/7 on-call rotations, active participation in war rooms, and root cause analysis. Monitoring in real-time and resolving issues using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and CheckMK to detect incidents, anomalies, and performance problems. Implementing temporary solutions (workarounds) to restore service availability quickly, minimizing business impact. Collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and promote continuous improvements. Analyzing system and application performance trends to identify patterns and propose proactive measures. Leading Problem Management processes, tracking follow-ups, prioritizing issues, and ensuring timely resolutions with detailed reports. Qualifications and skills: Proven experience in reliability operations, application monitoring, or incident management in high-availability environments. Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including cloud environments, containerized applications, and networking principles.
