As an HR intern, you will be part of the Bosch Rexroth HR team in a cross-function experience:
Help shaping the future :
1. You will have the opportunity to participate in training, development, performance management and recruiting activities, with a “hands on” approach and a "digital" mindset

3. You will give general support in the organization, scheduling and operative task for different projects within the HR dept.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
Education :
4. You are a recent graduate in Legal, Human Resources, Economics or Management Engineering
Experience and know-how:
5. You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.
6. You have a good level of English (min B2)

7. You are a details-oriented and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal skills. You are a good team worker.
