Key area of responsabilities In detail he/she will manage the follow activities divided for area: 1.General - Support the timely reporting of key financial information and monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”). - Provide external partners (e.g. PWC) and regional partners with accurate and on-time information. - Support adherence to timing and quality requirements for forecast and profit plans for respective head office. - Support ongoing analysis of risks and opportunities. - Support resolution of accounting issues (e.g. different accounts used for the same underlying transaction across different ledgers leading to non-comparability of the ledgers’results). - Daily processing of financial data. - Reconcile accounts. 2. Intercompany - Process IC3 forms. - Reconcile Intercompany balances. 3. Cash & Bank - Book and reconcile daily petty cash or Company p-cards. 4. Accounts Payable - Analyze and process incoming invoices on PTS system. - Prepare and process manual payments. - Maintain vendor master data (Name, addresses, payment terms) and verify purchase orders (prices) in SAP for all vendors. 5. Accounts Receivable - Prepare retro billing / debit notes (with BBC) based on price changes or quantity differences. - Analyze price discrepancies. - Analyze quantity discrepancies (between shipments and payments) and inform plants. - Maintain customer master data (Customer name, Ship to and bill to addresses, payments terms) and sales orders (prices) in SAP for all customer. 6. Fixed Assets - Record new assets. - Process asset disposals. - Monthly accounting of amortization and reconciliation of the asset register with the general ledger. Requirements and skills - Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on finance/controlling especially accounting, finance, controlling; - Previous experience of 1 year, also as internship, in Controlling in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive sector; - Fluent in English, especially to communicate; - Advanced Excel; - Reporting and analytical skills; - Communication and team working skills; - Place of usual residence in the province of Caserta or Frosinone.
