At the same time, we drive customer success and support by guiding prospects through the onboarding journey, resolving issues quickly, and helping clients unlock the full value of our services. In order to help you integrate with the team we offer you:Agreat deal of autonomyto proactively make proposals, implement them quickly and observe the results; Ahands-on onboarding processand support from experienced colleagues; Aprogression in an agile environment, with the opportunity to create and consolidate your own position and modulate it according to your preferences and skills; Exposure to the fintech ecosystemand regulatory best practices.Your mission :Analyze information and documentation provided during the client onboarding funnel, if needed also contacting clients, in order to ensure the completeness and compliance of the informations; Provide stellar client support,helping them with account-related inquiries, as well as with account creation requests; Help shaping our processesand collaborate in the development of the operations team; Act aspoint ofcontact for our external support suppliers.What you’ll bring:You have at least2 year of experiencein a similar role; You have astrong analytical mindsetand enjoy working in a team; You canadapt to different processesand demonstrateautonomyin your work; You areempatheticand thrive incommunicating with prospects and customerson a daily basis; You are Italian native or bilingual, and fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus; Experience in fintech would be a plus.
