Responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing retail business issues and goals to develop an HR plan aligned with business strategy.
2. Providing insights and advice on organizational change and transition, recommending and implementing process improvements.
3. Traveling to stores for on-site surveys, assessing store performance, and ensuring standards are met.
4. Managing administrative HR processes by tracking deadlines and maintaining employee records (e.g., hires, terminations, contract updates, role and compensation changes) accurately in the HR system (Workday).
5. Supporting daily activities related to employees' lifecycle events (hiring, onboarding, people management).
6. Developing innovative solutions based on understanding of business operations and strategies.
7. Staying informed about labor laws and HR practices.
Competenze ed esperienza
The ideal profile:
1. At least 4-5 years of HR experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in a retail multinational environment.
2. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
3. Flexibility to travel across Italy to visit stores within your responsibility.
4. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, focusing on achieving goals while maintaining high standards.
