Your RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and flexible Customer Service Senior with an international mindset to join our team as a manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving attitude, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations, order processing, and shipment coordination
- Handle international export procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitoring and coordination of all phases: order processing, invoicing, shipping, export formalities, with priority management
- Provide technical service support
- Maintain direct contact with freight forwarders and logistics providers
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and ex
