Join Hemmersbach as a
Field IT Technician to provide onsite enduser support to multiple customers in the area of Milan.
You will:
Device installations: assist the clients in installation of the software and initial setting up of the systems
Troubleshooting: identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile devices, Tablets etc.
User support: provide support on applications and systems
Account Management: management of user accounts/permissions
Connectivity issues: basic network support.

Milan
area (availability to travel in the area is required -
driving license needed
)
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility of switch into a permanent)
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally within the field
Confidence in addressing break/fix issues – Typically supporting PCs / Laptop
Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Familiarity with ticketing system
Good English and fluent Italian
Availability to travel in the area of Milan
Driving licence
