Overview KLN Project Group has a vacancy for a Buyer / Junior Buyer to join its staff. Job Description The resource will be part of the Procurement and Subcontracting Team in direct report to the Head of Supply Chain, following instructions, guidelines and targets provided by him / her. Organization of documentation required for procurement of works, supplies or services; Analyzing documentation provided by requesting Units and preparing documentation used as basis for tender; Follow up with procurement and tender process including evaluation of offers from administrative and economic point of view; FOLLOWING UP WITH COMMERCIAL / CONTRACTUAL NEGOTIATION; Supporting Technical Unit with technical evaluation of offers; Responsibilities SUPPORTING THE PREPARATION OF PROCUREMENT STANDARD DOCUMENTATION (CONTRACTUAL STANDARD TEMPLATE, DRAFTING OF INTERNAL MEMORANDUM, TENDER STANDARD DOCUMENTATION, ETC). SUPPORTING VENDOR MANAGEMENT AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR COORDINATOR IN ALL ACTIVITIES AIMED TO QUALIFIED VENDORS AND IN ALL THE ACTIVITIES FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE PROJECT TEAMS DEALING WITH PROJECTS IN EXECUTION FOR ALL THE CONTRACTS RELATED MATTERS. Required Skills and Qualifications Good knowledge of EPC / EPCI contracts is preferable. Good knowledge of English language (both written and spoken).
