Your team
The Marketing team's mission is to establish a distinctive brand positioning for Snai, driving growth through cross-channel communication, leveraging strategic media and partnerships to maximize visibility and conversion across all touchpoints, while fostering innovation and ensuring a consistent brand experience.
Your role
As Visual Design Associate Manager you will support the delivery of high-quality, conversion-oriented visual design across SNAI's digital and retail ecosystem, ensuring all creative outputs are fully aligned with Brand & Communication Strategy guidelines.
You will operate within a structured governance model and translate strategic direction into effective visual executions across app, website, retail stores, digital signage, Shops' terminals and in-store materials.
What you'll do:
§ Visual Identity & Governance
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of SNAI's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
· Apply and enforce Brand & Communication Strategy guidelines, ensuring all visual outputs are compliant and approved according to established validation processes.
· Support the creation and maintenance of visual guidelines and design systems.
· Design communication and promotional materials for brand and community initiatives.
· Coordinate external creative agencies, ensuring quality, timing and adherence to brand standards.
§ Conversion & Promotional Design
· Design and oversee visual assets for customer acquisition, conversion and promotional campaigns across digital channels.
· Translate marketing and business requirements into clear, effective and performance-driven visual solutions, in line with brand direction.
· Manage the production of promotional materials, ensuring visual consistency and strategic alignment.
· Coordinate and support junior designers and external agencies, ensuring delivery quality and compliance.
§ Product & Retail Visual Execution
· Lead the execution of visual assets tailored to products and retail environments, within defined brand frameworks.
· Design and adapt materials for: PoP and in-store communication, Digital signage, Retail terminals, Product launches and in-store activations
· Work closely with Marketing, Product and Retail teams to ensure cohesive omnichannel execution.
· Ensure all retail and product visuals comply with brand and communication guidelines before release.
What you'll bring:
· Strong experience in visual design for digital and retail environments.
· Solid understanding of brand systems and guideline-based design.
· Experience in conversion-oriented and promotional campaign design.
· Ability to manage creative agencies and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (reading and adapting layouts).
· Structured and detail-oriented approach.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills.
· Ability to work within defined processes and approval frameworks.
· Proactive, reliable and delivery-focused mindset.
· Capability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Figma or equivalent design tools.
· Familiarity with digital production workflows and design systems.
· years of experience in visual design roles.
· Previous experience in creative agencies working across multiple brands and sectors is preferred.
· Experience in complex or regulated environments is a plus.
· Prior experience coordinating designers or junior resources is an advantage.
