IT Support Specialist Responsibilities Take ownership of problems and incidents and see them through to resolution working with various global teams, keeping users informed about their incident status;Assist with installation, configuration, and administration of laptop and desktop hardware such as re-imaging and replacements;Monitor and report issues following the ITIL incident and problem management model; log incidents, change requests, problems, and service requests in ServiceNow;Identify root causes of incidents using analytical tools such as NextThink;Provide expert advice on NetDocuments, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Teams, and other core technologies;Assist with scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting of videoconference calls;Work with the NOC team to identify issues related to servers and network hardware;Administer the office phone system (Teams);Escalate security issues to the security team and whitelist new software;Support MFDs (printers, copiers, scanners) and coordinate reprographics with external suppliers.Technical Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office;Experience in desktop support with strong communication skills;Knowledge of NetDocuments, iManage, or similar systems;Support experience with iPhones and MDM solutions like InTune;Law firm experience;Knowledge of MS Office suite;Experience with video conferencing systems such as Cisco, Neat, or Poly;Relevant certifications like MCSE, MCP, MOS;Degree-level education;Experience with Dell hardware;Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar systems;Experience supporting printers and MFDs.Additional Qualifications Proficiency in English (minimum B2);Clear communication without jargon;Ability to communicate with users, IT teams, and management;Ability to interpret and produce technical documentation;Manage multiple tasks simultaneously;Flexibility to work flexible hours, travel occasionally, and participate in on-call rotations.Contract Type: Permanent employment;
Salary Range: €35,000–€40,000 + benefits + bonus (based on targets);
Location: Milan, with occasional travel to Rome (1–2 days every two months).
