Job Description Summary As Eurodrone Programme-Costs Manager, you will directly report to the Eurodrone Product Director. In this role, you will monitor all activities affecting the Engine Finance-Accounting-Costs workstreams. You will work closely with key Avio Aero functions, process owners, and other GE Aviation entities to meet programme goals and targets. Job Responsibilities Plan and report costs related to the programme activities. Update the Engine business plan and support the CMR process in coordination with Finance. Create/update the Work Breakdown Structure / Cost Breakdown Structure in the Avio Aero system. Provide monthly estimates and input the "Estimation To Complete" for work packages, focusing on Contract and L808 accounts. Monitor NREs and the budgeting process in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, and affiliates. Report engine recurring costs in coordination with the Catalyst Team, considering learning curves. Manage the process of Programme P.O.s, invoices, and charged expenses from suppliers and subsidiaries. Support procurement issues with suppliers. Monitor costs for activities at Sangone test facility and costs related to the First, Second, and Third Engine to Test, including the "Paquito Engine" project with Airbus Defence & Space. Assist in Programme/Gate Reviews and meetings with stakeholders and customers. Proactively identify and resolve issues. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering. Experience in aviation programme management as a Programme-Project-Cost Manager. Knowledge of engine engineering, manufacturing technology, and production planning. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of working in a multi-functional team. Ability to develop networks among peers and stakeholders. Proactive in identifying critical programme issues. Self-driven with good documentation, planning, and execution skills. Excellent English and Italian communication skills. Willingness to travel frequently. Italian citizenship and work visa compliance. Desired Characteristics Problem-solving mindset.
