POSITION OVERVIEW ACTIVITIES - Support talent acquisition process using HR recruiting tools for operational profiles (Quality, Industrial, Supply Chain, Engineering, Digital Solutions & R&D) - Activate and manage internship plan with Universities, Agencies and Technical HS institutes partners. - Organization and participation to Career Days. - Support implementation of company social network and internal communications, - Support the Engagement and Talent Development initiatives to enhance wellbeing and improve the HR processes (ex. Induction plan, Welcome Days, Employees Engagements Survey, etc.) - Specific focus on Onboarding and offboarding tasks in oder to manage HR Data Analytics on attrition risk (tool: power BI) SKILLS & EDUCATION - University Degree in social sciences or equivalent is mandatory for this role. - Master Degree in Human Resources Management is preferable - Good command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory - Good command of excel - Knowledge of Power BI is preferable - Proven interpersonal skills - Must be able to work on own initiative and under pressure - Must have the ability to listen - Strong communication skills - To create and maintain an atmosphere in which people communicate easily and effectively JOB LOCATION Nola (NA). Possibility to travel in Italy for daily business trip in other Alstom sites and depots. Homeworking 1 day per week. You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
