As a Supply Chain Warehouse Specialist (Maternity Leave Replacement) based in Covo (BG), you will play a key operational role within Ferrero’s logistics and distribution network. Reporting to the Network Logistic Services Nord Italia, you will supervise warehouse operations, acting as a central link between internal teams, third‑party logistics operators and copackers. You will ensure data‑driven planning, daily performance monitoring, and efficient coordination of transport and warehousing activities in a highly dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse performance and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations managed by third‑party logistics providers.
- Analyze data to prepare forecasts and share projections with external operators, supporting transport planning and execution.
- Consolidate results, analyze flows, monitor contract KPIs, and ensure alignment with operational and service standards.
- Prepare and manage data through Excel‑based tools, contributing to shift organization, flow monitoring, and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse and transport performance by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and proposing corrective actions.
- Interact regularly with internal departments (Supply Chain, Production, Quality) and external partners, maintaining clear communication and operational accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Management, Electronics, Mechanical) or related field.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Excel and experience using data to build reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Ability to organize and interpret data to guide operational decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented skills.
- Flexibility, speed, and ability to thrive in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
- Availability for international mobility.
