Senior Analyst/Associate | M&A; & Project Finance
The firm operates at the intersection of strategic transactions and complex financing solutions, offering clients deep sector expertise and a comprehensive, execution‑driven approach. Depending on the candidate’s experience, the role may be positioned either as Analyst or Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A; transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including valuation, financial modelling, due diligence coordination and preparation of investment materials.
- Lead the structuring and execution of financing transactions, with a focus on Project Financing.
- Conduct market, industry and regulatory analyses to assess investment opportunities, risks and competitive positioning.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, investment memoranda and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity and compelling storytelling.
- Contribute to client discussions, supporting senior team members during meetings, negotiations and deal structuring phases.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (legal advisors, technical consultants, lenders and investors) to ensure seamless deal execution.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
- 1-5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, or similar roles within the energy & infrastructure ecosystem.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with hands‑on experience in M&A; or debt/financing transactions.
- Analytical mindset, precision in execution and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to create polished client‑ready materials.
- Team‑oriented approach, proactiveness and strong motivation to grow within a specialist advisory platform.
- Proficiency in English.
