Join our team as an Installation & Commissioning (I&C) Technician and take the lead in installing and commissioning high-voltage air-insulated switchgear circuit breakers (HV, AIS, CB) across Italy. You’ll work closely with a Project Manager who coordinates your schedule, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Execute installation and commissioning activities directly on HV AIS/GIS equipment and systems.
2. Coordinate with SE GIS supervisors and sub-suppliers to ensure efficient on-site operations for HV AIS/GIS installations.
3. Manage and check Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) issues for all on-site activities.
4. Perform HV AIS CB testing according to established protocols and prepare detailed reports.
5. Carry out repair activities independently or with sub-suppliers, following factory instructions.
What You Bring
6. At least 3 years of experience as an I&C Technician on high-voltage substations, including EHS responsibilities.
7. Proficiency in using instruments and tools for electrical tests, with solid knowledge of timing test devices.
8. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian.
9. Skilled in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Windows, Mac, iOS, and PDF.
10. Strong communication skills with team members, customers, and suppliers.
11. Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice to resolve on-site issues.
