Then read on, because the EU Marketing and Prime organization is looking for a Influencer Development Manager for Influencers in Italy.
* You are customer obsessed: you will be obsessed with our influencer community, helping them build their businesses and supporting them use the Amazon Influencer tools to implement effective integrations (links, personalised influencer pages, shoppable images etc.). You are deep on current influencer trends and understand how our expansive range of products fit into content creators’ strategies. You will explore revenue driving opportunities with leading influencers in this segment.
* You are strategic‑minded: you will develop, execute, and refine an end to end influencer management strategy. You will be an advocate for building creator engagement in Italy and work closely with Amazon Influencer Marketing teams as well as supporting PR, Creative and Marketing departments to foster brand advocacy. Using your deep knowledge of social media and influencer marketing you will develop innovative integrations which help unlock new opportunities for Amazon.
* You are data focused: you will have responsibility for identifying onboarding, training and optimising a portfolio of top commercial content creators and driving the adoption of best practice. You will be responsible for defining performance KPIs and identifying core gaps in our product and marketing offering. As the owner for the performance reviews you will utilize data to drive cost effective investment strategies for influencers. You will use data to drive negotiations and unlock key high profile partnerships with top influencers.
The role will be based in Italy, Milan.

Basic Qualifications
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a professional field or military.
* Experience in exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
* Experience with business development, marketing, partnership management, social media, or sourcing new business.
* Experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the social media directly with creators.
