Enterprise Account Executive (Remote from Bulgaria) This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in Bulgaria. In this role, you will drive enterprise sales and business development across your assigned territory, focusing on securing high-value accounts and building long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and product, to manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will leverage your experience in enterprise software, data security, and cloud solutions to position offerings strategically and deliver measurable business value. This position offers significant autonomy, high visibility, and the opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion. You will also partner with reseller channels, participate in industry events, and play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies.

Accountabilities

Drive direct sales and opportunity generation by creating, qualifying, managing, and closing enterprise deals

Lead business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline ramp-up, and market penetration

Partner with reseller channels, including recruitment, enablement, training, and performance monitoring

Manage the full sales lifecycle alongside cross-functional teams such as sales engineering, marketing, and product

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and lead generation initiatives

Set priorities and keep the team focused on achieving revenue goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Requirements

8+ years of enterprise field sales experience, ideally in data, data security, governance, privacy, or cloud-native software

Proven success in introducing new products, executing business development, ramping pipeline, and closing enterprise deals

Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies

Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Ability to analyze and visualize complex data to inform sales strategies

Experience working in both large and emerging company environments

Team-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Willingness and ability to travel as required
