Who We Are
We are seeking a talented AI Developer with experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation to join our team, focusing on design and optimize APIs to support and scale our systems.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions with a focus on integrating new data sources into our vector databases
* Design and optimize APIs to support and scale our systems
* Use Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) to develop innovative solutions
* Connect and process large data volumes while ensuring data protection, security standards, and compliance in cloud environments
* Develop and integrate chatbots into multi-channel environments (e.g., Microsoft Teams, web apps)
* Automate business processes with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Automate
* Design and optimize workflows to automate data flows and tasks
* Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our systems and processes
* Use Git for version control and team collaboration
What You'll Bring Along
* University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
* At least 2 years proven experience in the productive use of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their integration into large-scale user environments
* Comprehensive knowledge of Azure technologies and their application in GenAI projects
* Experience in developing and implementing APIs for data integration
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Copilot Studio for workflow automation and optimization
* Experience in developing and integrating chatbots in multi-channel environments
* Experience in automating business processes with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Automate
* Ability to design and optimize workflows to automate data flows and tasks
* Knowledge of connecting and processing large data sets
* Awareness of data protection, security standards, and compliance in cloud environments
* Experience working with Git for version control
* Very good knowledge of Python
* Additional skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#
Nice To Have
* Experience or knowledge of agent frameworks such as PydanticAI or OpenAI Agents SDK
* Previous experience with Azure OpenAI
