Overview
For our Moncler Purchasing & Procurement department, we are looking for a talented and motivated Fabric Industrializator to join the Team at our HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
The Fabric Industrializator will be responsible for supporting the industrialization processes of textile raw materials, ensuring fabric quality and compliance for our collections.
This role will work closely with product development, procurement, and compliance teams, as well as raw material suppliers, to optimize material performance and ensure their suitability for production processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze and resolve any issues related to fabric production and processing
* Support the optimization of raw material processing and finishing techniques
* Monitor laboratory tests on material performance, quality, and compliance
* Support the implementation of sustainability and innovation strategies in industrialization processes
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
Main Qualifications:
* Technical diploma in Textile Chemistry and/or a degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields
* Previous experience of 4/6 years in a similar role or in product development/quality roles
* Strong knowledge of fabric properties and key production and finishing processes
* Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
