We are looking for an experienced
Operations Manager
to lead and optimize logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards for our clients. This role is critical for managing daily activities, coordinating teams, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Manage resources, budgets, and KPIs to achieve operational targets. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Lead and develop operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence. Requirements
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations management. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Knowledge of WMS and logistics processes. Availability for travel and flexibility in working hours.
