We are currently looking for an IT Sales Operations Systems Specialist to join our IT Department to enhance sales and financial processes with technological solutions. This role bridges sales and finance, translating business needs into technical specifications and designs to improve workflows, efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance. You will focus on OMS (e.g., Salesforce) and FI-CO (e.g., SAP) systems to create effective IT solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborating closely with several key teams such as Sales, Finance and Accounting, you will conduct in-depth analysis of existing sales and financial processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation and improvement.
* Moreover, you will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for sales and finance processes and system configurations.
* Sales Systems (e.g., Salesforce): You willperform administration and configuration of the OMS and CRM systems, including user management, profiles, permission sets, custom objects, fields, validation rules, process builders, as well as supporting sales tools integration with other enterprise systems such as ERP.
* Financial Systems (e.g., SAP): You will administer and configure modules within finance systems, whilst also ensuring data integrity.
* You will translate complex business needs from sales and finance stakeholders into clear, concise technical specifications and functional designs for system enhancements and new implementations. You will also evaluate new technologies, system features and third-party solutions to assess their applicability and potential added value to the Sales and Finance departments, making sure that they are secure, scalable and sustainable, so to best align with the company’s IT architecture.
* You will also be responsible for data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all sales and financial systems, whilst also supporting data migration and integration projects between various systems.
* You will also provide expert-level support to end-users in both sales and finance for system-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering timely resolutions, whilst also developing and delivering comprehensive training programs and user guides so to ensure high user adoption and proficiency.
* Moreover, you will participate in and, at times, lead IT projects related to sales and financial system enhancements, upgrades, as well as new implementations, collaborating effectively with IT development teams, infrastructure teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
* Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or Systems Specialist with a proven track record of working closely with both sales and finance systems, so to have developed solid familiarity with financial processes and sales methodologies.
* Demonstrated experience in administering and configuring OMS platform (e.g., Salesforce), as well as in-depth understanding of its functionalities and best practices.
* Hands-on experience and strong understanding of SAP system, particularly with finance-related modules.
* Experience with system integrations (APIs) is a plus.
* Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.

* High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
* Fluency in English is a must have.
