We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Specialist to join our International Marketing Team reporting to the Senior International Marketing Manager. This is a junior hybrid role that involves supporting the execution of international marketing programs across multiple markets and channels, and assisting with the activities of the brand for our Italian affiliate. You will contribute to campaign delivery, content creation and adaptation, digital and social support, event and education initiatives, and day‐to‐day marketing operations, working closely with cross‐functional partners and agencies to ensure materials are on brand, audience‐relevant, and compliant. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, brings strong communication skills and a hands‐on mindset, and thrives in a fast‐paced, international environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Support the execution of international campaigns and ongoing brand initiatives across key channels (e.g., digital, social, email, events, and sales materials).
* Partner with internal teams and agencies to brief and deliver creative assets on time.
* Assist with content development and adaptation (e.g., presentations, product/brand materials, toolkits), ensuring brand consistency and a strong customer focus.
* Support day‐to‐day marketing needs by coordinating asset requests, FAQs, and best‐practice sharing.
* Coordinate localization workflows (translation and adaptation) by gathering market inputs, routing files, and confirming final versions.
* Support the planning and execution of international meetings, trainings, congresses, and customer events by coordinating materials, logistics inputs, and post‐event follow‐ups.
* Assist with campaign and program reporting by consolidating inputs and helping create simple dashboards, recap documents, and learnings summaries.
* Help maintain organized repositories of approved materials and templates so teams can easily find and re‐use content.
* Support submission and tracking of marketing materials through applicable review processes and systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats or equivalent), including version control and archiving of final approved assets.
* Ensure feedback is incorporated accurately, and elevate risks or roadblocks to the appropriate stakeholders.
* Office Location – Milan, Italy (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
* Some travel may be required.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills You'll Bring to the Team
* 3+ years of professional experience (internships included), preferably in regulated industries such as pharma, beauty, or medical aesthetics, in marketing, communications, brand, digital, or agency environments.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
* A hands‐on, detail‐oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‐quality work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Comfort supporting content across channels (digital, social, email, print, events) and coordinating feedback with multiple stakeholders.
* Analytical curiosity and basic reporting skills (e.g., consolidating results, building simple trackers/dashboards, capturing learnings).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
* Collaborative, team‐oriented approach with a willingness to learn and support where needed.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Interest in marketing within medical aesthetics, beauty, or pharmaceutical industries.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Veeva PromoMats or similar content review/approval systems (not required but highly valued).
* Familiarity with creative and digital platforms, including digital asset management tools and basic design/collaboration tools (e.g., Figma).
* Exposure to localization workflows (translation/adaptation) across multiple markets.
* Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, beauty, or medical aesthetics.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Base salary will be determined on a case‐by‐case basis and may vary based on role‐relevant knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and other factors. The company also offers travel coverage and a holiday soft closure between the Christmas and New Year holidays.
