Govern and continuously improve the QMS, ensuring alignment with ABB global procedures and ISO‐based standardsMaintain QMS documentation, including process landscape, policies, procedures, templates, and document controlPromote risk‐based thinking and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standardsLead the internal audit program and coordinate external audits, ensuring readiness and timely closure of findingsOversee nonconformance and CAPA processes, ensuring containment, solid root‐cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actionsDrive Management Reviews, consolidate performance insights, and monitor QMS KPIsImprove QMS systems, workflows, and data quality to support effective reportingDeliver QMS training and awareness programs, coaching teams and process ownersAct as the central interface for QMS topics across sites and functions, collaborating with Quality, Operations, Engineering/R&D, Supply Chain, HSE, and Project teams
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial, or comparable technical field5+ years of experience in QMS roles within industrial, manufacturing, or technology‐driven environmentsStrong practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; familiarity with ISO 14001/45001 is a plusExperience leading internal/external audits and managing NC/CAPA processesAuditor certification preferredExcellent English communication skillsAvailability to travel 10–20%
