As a Program Manager in our New Product Development team, you will steer complex, high‑tech programs from concept to production. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to align deliverables with business goals, ensuring budget, timing, and scope are met. You’ll enable governance and fact‑based reporting to support informed decisions and drive program success. This role offers the opportunity to shape industrial product development and collaborate across silos to deliver impactful outcomes.

* Communicate business strategy and vision to project teams and stakeholders
Responsabilità
* Bachelor in Engineering (or related Scientific Area) or in Economics/Management
* Italian, English fluent
* 2+ years as Project Manager for large, time‑critical, complex hardware/software projects
* Experience leading multi‑function teams (10-15 members) including R&D, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Operations, Service
* Understanding of SDLC and ability to blend Agile and traditional project management approaches
* PMP certification and/or Agile certification desired
