Mission / Objectives
This role is dedicated to refining and expanding Campari Group's SAP Supply Chain framework, particularly through SAP MM, PP, EWM, IBP, TMS. The goal is to uplift Supply Chain functionalities, facilitating organizational growth and optimization.
Key missions
* Charting the direction for the global SAP Supply Chain landscape.
* Guiding the SAP Supply Chain technology lifecycle roadmap, aligning with corporate goals.
* Maintaining relationships with the SAP Supply Chain Delivery Centre and partners.
* Ensuring synergy across varied Supply Chain sectors.
* Creating the SAP Supply Chain template for seamless integration of new ventures.
* Promoting SAP DevOps skills, emphasizing collaborative excellence.
* Driving innovation through SAP Supply Chain systems and modules like MM, PP, EWM, IBP, TMS for sustained business progression.
* To ensure thorough understanding and utilization of SAP Fiori features within the Supply Chain community.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Team Leadership
* Steer the SAP Supply Chain Delivery Centre, encompassing Technical and Functional Supply Chain sectors.
* Drive the hiring and development of the team, aiming for an elite SAP Supply Chain crew.
Business Value Realization
* Collaborate with Supply Chain CoEs and stakeholders to align visions and implement transformative SAP solutions.
* Promote inter-departmental alignment to maximize platform advantages.
* Broaden the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem, acting as the primary touchpoint for global solutions.
Project Management
* Drive the delivery of SAP Supply Chain streams, coordinating with both in-house teams and external partners.
* Outline detailed project plans in alignment with Campari OneIT's overarching strategy.
Partner Management
* Strengthen ties with SAP, maximizing benefits from global collaborations.
* Lead RFP initiatives to identify and onboard SAP Supply Chain tech partners.
Technology Leadership
* Guide SAP Supply Chain modules and systems (primarily MM, PP, EWM, IBP, TMS, …) ensuring integration with pivotal Supply Chain Legacy systems.
* Dictate the design strategy of the SAP Supply Chain landscape, centring on essential processes and functions.
* Expertise in SAP Fiori: gain deep knowledge of SAP Fiori, focusing on its application in Supply Chain. Provide guidance on SAP Fiori features within the SAP Supply Chain modules.
Best Practices
* Promote top-tier industry practices, integrating groundbreaking capabilities.
* Develop and maintain best practices, processes, and operational guidelines.
Experience & Education
* A minimum of 10 years in SAP Supply Chain roles, primarily MM / IBP, strongly preferred also expertise on PP, EWM, TMS.
* Experience in global corporate environments is preferred.
* Strong leadership presence on an international platform.
* Thorough understanding of the relevant SAP modules.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, IT, or Computer Science.
