Bellafrut sas has been operating since 1967 in the brokerage of fruit and vegetable products destined for the large-scale retail trade (GDO), distributing fresh produce to customers’ points of sale across Europe.
**INTERNATIONAL BACK OFFICE**:
Planning and processing weekly orders, managing the delivery process
**Daily activities related to client countries**: sending/entering orders, managing complaints and quantity deviations, shipments, etc.
Assistance and monitoring of international suppliers
Communication of prices to suppliers and customers
Updating weekly delivery plans
Programming and monitoring product calendars
Preparation and archiving of documentation
Support in reporting **Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
Previous experience in similar roles
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with particular reference to Excel
Excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of German, Italian and English
Knowledge of French is preferred
